A.I.M. Mutual Named 2015 Top Place to Work in Massachusetts

Nov 18, 2015

A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies have been named one of the The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the seventh straight year. A.I.M. Mutual was among the companies featured in the Globe Magazine Top Places to Work issue, which was published November 15.

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them the best—the employees. Employees participate in a confidential survey which measures their opinions on company direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

Nearly 77,000 employees at 357 Massachusetts organizations participated in this year’s survey. The winners share a few key traits, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.

Rankings for the Top Places to Work are determined by an independent company, Workplace Dynamics, based on the survey information collected.  The employers are placed into one of four groups according to size.

“The success of a company is not only measured by its revenue and profits, but also by the loyalty and satisfaction of its employees,” said Katie Johnston, Boston Globe Top Places to Work editor. “The winning companies have developed innovative ways to engage and motivate their workers, which often serves as a key factor in innovation and leads to better professional performance.”
