Introducing Our New Service Model
Mar 07, 2017Our new Broker-Centric service model is now in place, designed to meet the needs of our growing book of business. The new structure, composed of Underwriting, Injury Prevention & Worksite Wellness, and Customer Service team members, will be responsive not only to policyholders, but to their broker representatives. As always, service excellence is the goal.
Our Service Teams are now assigned by broker, with one underwriter, one lead IPWW consultant, and one customer service representative responsible for all of the policies handled by an agency. We welcome your feedback and invite you to email Kevin Snyder at email@example.com with any questions.
