Introducing Our New Service Model

Our new Broker-Centric service model is now in place, designed to meet the needs of our growing book of business. The new structure, composed of Underwriters, Injury Prevention & Worksite Wellness Consultants, and Underwriting Assistants, will be responsive not only to policyholders, but to their broker representatives. As always, service excellence is the goal.

Our Service Teams are now assigned by broker, with one underwriter, one lead IPWW consultant, and one Underwriting Assistant responsible for all of the policies handled by an agency. We welcome your feedback and invite you to email Kevin Snyder at ksnyder@aimmutual.com with any questions.
