Did You Miss the OSHA Deadline?

March 2 was the deadline for electronic submission of Log 300A, the Summary of Work-related Injury and Illnesses. In previous years, the submission was not due until July 1.

Employers affected may have more than 250 employees and are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records. The mandate also applies to establishments with 20-249 employees classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.
