NAMIC HR Summit Welcomes Mark Millett to Leaders Discussion

Mark Millett, Director of Human Resources, was part of the Leaders Panel Discussion at the HR Summit hosted by NAMIC. The spring summit was held in Chicago.

These summits bring together HR professionals from the property/casualty insurance sector, providing them with valuable insights, resources, and peer feedback to effectively manage HR operations within the insurance industry.

NAMIC, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Carriers, launched the series in 2021 to connect HR professionals from property/casualty insurance companies with information, resources and peer-to-peer feedback.

Joining Mark (far right) on the panel were Jeff Vogts, VP of Talent Development at Grinnell Mutual; April Uskoski, Chief People & Strategy Officer at Grange Insurance Association; and Patrick Gagen, AVP Human Resources at Hartford Mutual Insurance Company. These HR leaders shared their approach to issues such as employee experience, change management, succession planning and hybrid work environments.
