OSHA Reporting Deadline Set for March 2

Jan 14, 2022

Employers must report their OSHA Form 300A data electronically for calendar year 2021 no later than March 2. Collection began January 2, 2022.  Keep in mind not all employers are subject to the reporting requirement. It applies to employers with 250 or more employees who must keep OSHA injury and illness records. In addition, establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses must also comply.

Visit OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA) web page for more information and to submit data online.  A Help Request Form is available in the ITA app to assist with submissions.
