Wealth & Finance Magazine Recognizes Laurie Parsons for Claims Achievement
Laurie Parsons, Director of Claim, was among 21 women recognized by Wealth & Finance magazine for their career accomplishments in 2016. Laurie received the Women in Wealth Award as Best in Workers Compensation Claims-New England. She is profiled in the November edition of the magazine.

Reaching Out to the Community in 2016
As an employer and an insurer, A.I.M. Mutual made "paying it forward" a corporate priority in 2016. With more than 18,000 policyholders in three states, it's not surprising that A.I.M. Mutual insures a number of non-profits. The company helped in fundraising efforts for Crotched Mountain, New Hampshire Catholic Charities, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Lowell, The PLUS Company, and the New England Conservatory, to name a few, in 2016.

OSHA Reminder: Anti-Retaliation Provisions Must Be in Place By November
In an effort to "nudge" employers to prevent workplace injury and illness, OSHA issued a "Final Rule" earlier this year, which primarily applies to businesses with 250 or more employees. Specifically, these are businesses subject to the recordkeeping regulation. The Final Rule went into effect August 10.
