Daniel Landers Appointed to New Hampshire WC Appeals Board

Daniel Landers, Director of Field Operations, has been appointed as the carrier representative to the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board for a two-year term. The announcement came in June from John Elias, J.D., MBA, Commissioner of the New Hampshire Insurance Department.

The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, established in 1991, considers appeals of hearing officers’ decisions. Administratively, the board is attached to the Department of Labor. Each panel consists of an attorney, a labor representative and a management/insurance representative.

Dan has been with A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies since 2002, when he joined the company as Regional Manager in New Hampshire. As Director of Field Operations, he is responsible for underwriting, marketing and agency operations as well as injury prevention and worksite wellness. A.I.M. Mutual is currently the fourth largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier in New Hampshire.
